ABOUT US
Praja Seva Samaj (PSS) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, non-political, secular rural developmental Civil Service Society, working for 30 years in the semi-arid Rayalaseema region in Andhra Pradesh. It was founded in 1990 and is now working in Anantapur District in India.
PSS has a good track record with sound background of professionals, who have vast experience in the field of Development. The Society is committed to promoting sustainable, equitable, and constructive development for rural needy, poor, and disadvantaged communities.
The PSS also initiated efforts in various inter-related spheres such as Health, Education, Livelihoods, Natural Resource Management, Women Empowerment, and Social Justice.
PSS literally means People’s Service Society.
